BHUMIKA
If you have a desire to know God, it can be accomplished your own efforts. It is according to Karma that the individual gets the support of Parents, sisters add brothers, husband and wife, good company and the Master. The sadhana can be understood in the following there ways :-
- A person who desires to realize god in this birth.
- A person who had been trying since many birth.
- A person whe could not leave his body according to the rules or a person who is being born after enjoying the results of his pious deeds.
In the above three states the status of the Sadhaka Yogi is different. The preliminary yoga practices are meant for the Sadhaka of first type.
This book is conceived in three parts-yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Gayatri Yoga. The sadhaka can practice the procedures of the first part if he desires.
The practices of the second and third part bear fruits only be the grace of the Master. Hard labour and the will of the sadhaka. It will be waste of time to do the practice of the second and third parts without the guidance of the Master. The practices first of all effect the Manas. Manas is such a powerful object that it inspires the Sadhaka for liberation from the wheel of life and death and also forces rebirth. A little bliss of the divine world makes the Sadhaka unconcerned about the physical world and again and again desires for the divine bliss, the taste of divine bliss can be Obtained by performing the practices successfully.
From where to start the yoga practices and how to do them should be learnt from the Master. If a Sadhaka has no Master due to some reasons he can establish a mental Master and carry on the Yoga practices in an order and should pray to powerful gods like Durga, Kali, Hanuman and Krishna for a deserving Master. It is believed that for obtaining a Master, one has to do untold hard labour and should possess some god qualities, for the Master is the form of God who can bestow benediction to the Sadhaka whenever he wants. There is no time limit for it, hence the Master must be choosen with great care.
The power called Master pervades in four forms: –
- Own desire (Self-Master).
- One with gross physical body (Human Master).
- Deva Guru (Bhairåva etc.)
- Adi-Guru (The enternal Master).
If you have not been able to find out a Master for yourself, you should not be disappointed. You can obtain a Deva Guru by hard labour. This Deva Guru is within you. Convinced by your sincere efforts and will, it assumes various forms and shapes and through insiration of your own innerself it guides your path.
All the four masters depicted above are the transformations of the same power (The master’s power) because of Karmas alone there is a desire to realize God, attainment of an adept Master, visualization of the Deva and the grace of Lord Shiva. ,
It must be always remembered that the qualities of Inner Light are afflicted by the modifications of the mind. Always try to maintain satvic and rajasik modifications of mind by the pious company etc. The energy generated by Pranas should be directed by Pranayam along.
Light in the body is obtained from Prana and gradually it spreads in the innerself Antaha Karana and Brahmanda. The light spreads slowly to different parts of the body through Nadies. When the nadies on the right and left are activated then chakras are seen in the light. When the prana particles are united 4With these chakras, the seed alphabet, respective divinities become clearly visible. After increasing the light in the body, the Sadhaka can perceive the subtle body.
The power kundalini is present in the Brahmanda in the from of electricity. The irregular,
bent, coiled form of electricity in the clouds points out the shape of Kundalini in Body. The light of Kundalini in the body not only makes everything visible but also activates the sleeping centers. This is all pervasiveness, grandeur and auspiciousness of the Kundalini.
In order to realize the unison of Brahmanda, the Pinda the physical body, one should have the complete anatomical knowledge of the physical body. Thus one is made to learn the 84 yoga points and the six chakras. The unison of these places i.e. chakras, yoga points with the chakra and places within the Antaha Karana and brahmanda chakras is affected by Tankore. Hence tankore is one of the most important practices for the atrainment of yoga. It must be understood properly.
- It can take many years before success is achieved in yoga practices from Brahma light. It is better to complete these practices when body is strong. This is possible up to 50 to 55 years of age. One should try to obtain the knowledge of many practices in this life. Make all attempts to learn these practices from the Master. Without the knowledge and practice of the various procedures, it is impossible to realize the pure from of Yoga, only by Mantra, Japa and devotion to God, for the recognition of Brahman Randhra and orderly process of leaving the body for ever (death) etc. can only be learnt by practices.
Every process described iri this book [(BEEJA-Seed) generates divine knowledge (Yoga)] to give a seed the shape of tree one should perform many practices.
Each and every practice given in this book has been learnt from the teachers in its pure form, I invite you to test the veracity of this statement. These have been detailed in simple language so that the Masters word may reach every ordinary individual. Humbly I request the learned personalities to ignore and excuse my mistakes and misprints at places and be kind enough to inform me.

GURUDEV – MASTER OF KUNDALINI YOGA YOGASIDHARAJ MAHARAJ
Today kundalini yoga is being widely practiced throughout the world. I am sure there are few who know the MASTER OF KUNDALINI YOGA. As a student of this yoga I will like to introduce to my Great Master, Yoga means union of two or more things. In spiritual meaning we may say the union of Atma in Paramatma or we may explain it by using other words. Atma or the soul of an individual can be merged in Paramatma or in the universe by practicing some techniques. These techniques or KRIYA have been divided in many parts like hath yoga, kundalini yoga, laya yoga, samadhi yoga, pranayam etc. Out of these Kundalini yoga is very specific and requires more attention of Guru.
The Guru is the guiding force inside our body. He awakens the force first and then helps the student to achieve his goal by practicing many exercises. In chapter No.52 of AGNI PURAN detailed description about this force(Gurudev) is given. It is known as BHAIRAVA. It is a force having twelve hands with different ayuds. His age is about 8-12 years. Picture of this force is shown here.
I call Him as YOGA SIDHRAJ i.e. the force that gives perfection in kundalini yoga. To my knowledge there is no person on earth who has achieved his goal without his grace. He is very helpful in case you need His help.
Any person can pray Him for His help or guidance . There are many ways to worship Him. An individual can choose any method. First of all we must try to understand the meaning of BHAIRAVA. It is a Sanskrit word which denotes:-
BH = fear, who originates fear, one who removes fear, creates terror, protects from fear, god of all dead or living, creator of five elements, Lord of all the creatures from earth to BRAHM LOK, one who travels. the universe without touching the earth or any other object etc.
YA = force which?travels in the universe, the power that takes sadhak with him in universe, creator of many kinds of sounds in space, originator of words[alpha bets of Sanskrit], creator of mantras in universe, in the form of YAKCH, thunder, or the power related with aakash.
RA = God of Agni [ Agni dev ] destroyer of all sins, destroyer of AADHIBHOTIC, AADHYATMIC and AADIDEVIC TAAP[sins], Destroyer of darkness inside the nadis, destroyer of AGYAN by GYAN, destroyer of sins of many births and rebirths, in the form of YAGYAGNI, resultant of YAGYA. The force that takes the AAHUTI to wanted devtas, one who is in the form of Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh. The force that remains inside the triangle of MULADHAR, in the form of kundalini, the master of kundalini yoga, power of perfection through 24 nadis of umblical region, red coloured dev wearing many skulls, in the form of RUDRA, one who resides in SHAMSHAN, having very big denture etc.
VA = child, white coloured child like sphatic [a stone], that travells faster than the air, the originator of ten directions and God of these dishas. The God of water or varun dev, huge body , destroyer of universe, after destroying the universe it remains in the form of air, brahma swaroop , and that plays like child in this universe.
In short it is the force in the form of * BRAHMA*, MAHESH.* The Ved mantra Gurur Brahma Gurur Vishnu Gurur Devo Maheshwaray denotes its supreme power as Guru or Master. In this picture we see that in few hands there are weapons while in one there is AMRIT. It means that it has the power of providing nectar to SADHAK to drink nector so that he may achieve NIRVANA or MOKSH.
52 names of BHAIRAVA are I. Ajar 2. Vyapak 3. Indrachor 4. Indramurti 5. Ukchaya 6. (9 Kushmand 7. Varun 8. Vatuk 9. Vimukta 10. Liptak I l. Lilak 12. Aekdanstra 13. Aerawat 14. Aushadhigna 15. In some books more than one thousand names of BHAIRAVA have been mentioned and it is known as BHAIRAVA SÄHSHRA NAAMABALY or STOTRA. It means that there are many forms of this force and accordingly they are named. We should keep in our mind that BHAIRAVA force is in one form only.
The combined or united force having thousands of its forms is also known as *MAHA BHAIRAVA*. For all practical and theoretical purposes the force of BHAIRAVA and of Lord Shiva is one. It means that BHAIRAVA and Shiva are one.
This force is also called as *CHETRAPAL*. To worship him in the form of Chetrapal, Chetrapal Astak is available .Today the widely known BHAIRAVA forces are *BATUK BHAIRAVA*, BHAIRAVA* ,* MAHA etc.
- Batuk means small in height, younger in look, having long hair.
- KAAL(KALA)BHAIRAVA denotes the force related with time or death.( KAAL = time, KAAL = death)
- MAHA kÅAL means BHAIRAVA, force having all qualities or powers.
How this force was known first?
At the time of creation of this universe there was light all over and *BRAHMA* was creating living and nonliving. He thought that he is the father of this universe. Suddenly a sound came from the light and said that Brahma is not the father of this universe but I (Vishnu) am the creator(father). Brahma and Vishnu had serious discussion and both of them claimed to be the father of this universe. They had war but no one can win and then Vishnu and Brahma decided that someone should be prepared as witness who can decide about who is the father of this universe among us. A *KETAKI* flower agreed to do so. Ketaki flower witnessed falsely in favor of Brahma. At this stage a Devine force appeared having very long hair, dark black in color, very sharp long tongue. His tongue choked off the skull of Brahma. Since then this force has been known as KAAL BHAIRAVA. It was the first appearance of BHAIRAVA Shakti in this universe.
One form of this force remains in touch with KUNDALINI and it is the only force that controls Kundalini. I cyan say with authority that BHAIRAVA force awakens Kundalini and after awakening it takes her through Brahma nadi to SAHASHRAR.
Generally person believes that aim of Kundalini yoga is to visualize SAHASHRAR because he does not know that real sadhana of Kundalini yoga begins after visualizing SAHASHRAR. Visualization of SAHASHRAR only may develop false satisfaction or realization of soul.
I will try to explain it further by saying that Kundalini yoga is practiced in two steps. 1. Within the body and 2. Out side of the body . This is also called as PIND SADHANA and BRAHMAND SADHANA:
Kundalini yoga sadhak or student must understand very clearly that unification of soul is the only aim of Kundalini yoga. Every individual can understand very easily that two things can be merged together only by using some force and in this case the force used is of BHAIRAVA. It is therefore beyond doubt to say that the responsible force for all types of yoga practices and thereafter achieving ef its goal is only possible by BHAIRAVA. One may believe it or not but it is the truth.
For proper guidance or help it will be better to be in touch with BHAIRAVA by any suitable way of prayer. It can be learned from books or from their guide.
SAMSKARS
Everyone knows the role of karma in day to day life as well as in spiritual field. There are many ways to define karma. I will try to define it in a more scientific way. There are three things 6) 1. KARTA 2.KRIYA KARMA. KARTA the person who performs any work. KRIYA the technique of work performed. KARMA kriya (action).
It means that a person doing any act is called KARMA.
We will try to understand karma in another way. A KARTA can be any living or nonliving being eg. the sun, the earth, animals etc. are also doing their KARMA like a human. They act according to their nature. This is known as KRIYA. When there is ego or selfinvolvement in that act(KRIYA) of the concerned individual, then it is changed into KARMA otherwise it is only KRIYA.
If an individual feels that he is performing some act than it is known as KARMA otherwise it is the act only. In other words we will say that when person feels that he is doing some work then it is karma otherwise it is NISHKARMA ( NISHKAM KARMA).
For a yogic practitioner it is very essential to understand the theory of karma. In spiritual or yogic exercise we will always try to achieve the goal of nishkam karma. Because it is the nishkam karma only which can prevent from taking rebirths.
I have tried to explain this subject in yoga way. The practitioner should understand that there are many methods to describe any subject. The subject of karma according to SHRI MADBHAGWAD GEETA has been explained in three divisions. They are I. Karma 2 Akarma (prohibited acts for a yogi) 3. Ntshkarma (nishkam).
To achieve the goal of nishkam stage we have to pass through three main stages. I. Early stage 2 Middle stage 3 Final stage. Early stage Learning stage (practice of yoga in starting). Middle stage Advanced stage ( when practitioner has visualized internal light etc). Final stage In this stage the practitioner has completed all his exercises but has not realized his soul. It is further subdivided in I .Matured samskar and 2. Superannuation or free from birth and
9
rebirths.
Matured samskar means that the yogi is fit to realize his soul but he does not know the way or yogic kriya by which he will be able to merge himself in the God.
Superannuation is the final target for a yogi. By achieving this stage he has completed his duties or has merged himself in God or has become a self realized man or a perfect yogi etc.
HOW IT HAPPENS
Every act performed by a person results in sound, light and heat. These three things are responsible for internal changes in the yogi or every individual. We should carefully notice the acts of all animals eg. horse, elephant, snake, goat etc. Like human beings animals also perform yogic exercises and they also achieve their target. The God has given rights to all his creatures for self-realization or merger in Him.
The inner darkness of our consciousness is slowly and surely changed to light or realization of self by heating (burning of bad samskars of previous births) and listening to the divine sound which purifies the inner consciousness of the person making him eligible for the knowledge of the Nature or God.

We should carefully notice the acts of all animals eg. horse, elephant, snake, goat etc. Like human beings animals also perform yogic exercises and they also achieve their target. The God has given rights to all his creatures for self-realization or merger in Him.
The inner darkness of our consciousness is slowly and surely changed to light or realization of self by heating (burning of bad samskars of previous births) and listening to the divine sound which purifies the inner consciousness of the person making him eligible for the knowledge of the Nature or God.V
